This year, we want to deliver that comfort and the BCES is joining with Boyne City American Legion Post 228 for a Halloween Candy Drive. Candy donations may be sent in with students or dropped off during school hours at the elementary office.

Those ladies worked so hard outfitting 157 students at BCES with essential winter gear. This is a massive help, ensuring our students will stay warm and safe throughout the cold months ahead. Thank you to the amazing Boyne City Fire Department for visiting our 1st Grade classes to teach them all about fire safety. Our students learned essential life-saving skills like "stop, drop, and roll," how to create a family escape plan, and the importance of not playing with fire. The firefighters who dedicate their time to these lessons make a huge impact on community safety. We appreciate you BCFD! #boynecares #boyneinspires
