Great work, Will!
As part of College and Career Week at Boyne City Middle School, our 7th graders visited Alpena Community College yesterday, and our 8th graders explored Northwestern Community College today. It's never too early to expose students to a wide range of career paths and start inspiring their future goals! #BoynePride

Rainey Landscaping brought all their equipment for the Early Learners kids to explore. The kids loved getting to learn more about how the equipment works. Thank you Rainey Landscaping for everything you did to make this possible, and also thank you to the Boyne City Public Library for letting us use your parking lot for all the equipment! #BOYNEPRIDE #BOYNEINSPIRES #BOYNECARES

Awesome job, Ellie!
BCES is super excited to announce the Rambler Cup Recipient this week- 1st Grader Lillian Thornton from Mrs. Bacon's class! This is our way to celebrate when a student is trying their best to be Respectful, Responsible, Caring, Safe, and Kind with a prideful love for school. When a student is awarded the Rambler Cup, they take it home for the week and their name will be engraved on it at the end of the school year. #boynepride #boyneinspires #boynecares

Congratulations, Braydin!
Today, our 6th and 8th grade students released salmon into the Boyne River as the culminating experience of the Salmon in the Classroom program. Over the past months, they’ve raised the salmon from eggs, learning to care for them and gaining a deeper understanding of aquatic ecosystems. Now, they send them off, hopeful for their journey as part of our local environment.
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible community partners who joined us for a meaningful day of hands-on learning:
Brian Kozminski & Adam Kennedy – Macroinvertebrates, Friends of the Boyne River
Taylor Skiles – Department of Natural Resources
Wade Foster – Native Plants
Jack Gorno & Chad Baldwin – Conservation Officer
Eli Baker - Tip of the Mitt Watershed Council – Invasive Species
