Boyne City Elementary School extends our deepest gratitude to Eta Nu for the incredibly generous "Dress for Chill" yesterday! Those ladies worked so hard outfitting 157 students at BCES with essential winter gear. This is a massive help, ensuring our students will stay warm and safe throughout the cold months ahead. We also want to thank Pat O'Brien for his continued and generous financial support to help keep this program going. Our school was filled with so much "warmth" and so many smiles-what a great day! #boynecares #boynepride #boyneinspires

A big thank you to Mike and Ann Gabos for generously donating orchard-fresh apples to the students of Boyne City Middle and High School.
The students enjoyed the delicious apples while learning about the harmful effects of tobacco and vaping. Your thoughtful donation helped make this educational experience both healthy and impactful.
We'll also be handing out these fresh apples during Parent-Teacher Conferences and sharing them with students in Rambler Power. Thank you for supporting our school community in such a meaningful way.

BCHS is proud to announce the September Students of the Month!
9th Grade - Noelle Charboneau
Noelle has become a welcomed addition to Boyne City High School and the Freshman class! She is a friendly face who says hello every morning to students and staff alike. She is trying new things (SAFE to name one) with a new set of friends and seems to be liking her time as a Rambler so far. She asks questions about pertinent things and wants to be involved. Although she says that she is shy and introverted, she is putting herself out there and going outside of her comfort zone at times to become acclimated to BCHS!
10th Grade - Maitlyn Barkley
Maitlyn works hard in class and stays focused on improving her skills. She asks good questions, and truly seems to enjoy the challenges that come with learning. She is kind to her peers, and she is emerging as a leader in our class.
11th Grade - Isaiah Stafford
He is quite social - Isaiah is one of those quiet students who you think does not have much to say, but when you get him talking about something he enjoys, he won't stop. He is responsible - give him a task and he will get it done. He is a leader - he was in charge of running the MS School cash register for the last two years, and he was able to run the store and do all jobs if necessary. He gets involved - he works in his uncle's restaurant, and he worked at Young State Park. He does not like change - he likes what he likes and sometimes has a hard time changing, but this year instead of eating by himself, he sits with other students. It's great to see him making the most of his time at BCHS!
12th Grade - Deegan Anthony
Deegan is an exceptional leader and team player, embodying commitment both in the classroom and in his extracurriculars. He is known for his dedication to his studies, often taking the lead in group projects and consistently prioritizing academic success. This drive extends beyond the classroom walls, where he is frequently seen cheering on his classmates and ensuring his peers finish strong. In his extracurricular activities, he consistently goes the extra mile to encourage and support his teammates, demonstrating that his dedication to lifting others up is a core part of his character.
