4th Grade students had a memorable field trip to Veterans Park on Monday, where Ron Crozier joined them to share fascinating stories about Boyne City’s Veterans. The students not only learned about our town’s rich history but also had a special opportunity to honor Boyne City veterans, gaining a deeper appreciation for their service. It was an enriching experience for all, and we’re grateful to Mr. Crozier for his time and insights. #boynepride #boyneinspires #boynecares

Shining bright in blue for a cause 💙 Today, Boyne City Schools came together to support World Diabetes Day. Staff and students showed their solidarity by wearing blue shirts, which were sold to raise funds for our fellow Ramblers living with diabetes. Visits to The Brook and Boyne Senior Center spread the Halloween cheer and the rain held out just long enough for our annual parade on the track. The day was full of smiles, tricks and treats!! #boynepride #boyneinspires #boynecares

BCPS Families:
November is Diabetes Awareness Month, and from our Early Learners through our high school buildings, we have Boyne students and staff with Type One Diabetes (T1D). T1D is a life-long condition that has no cure.
For these reasons, Boyne City Public Schools will be promoting Diabetes Awareness for the month of November, and on World Diabetes Day, November 14th, a special "Boyne Wears Blue" day for Type One Diabetes Awareness. We will be offering these shirts and sweatshirts with proceeds going directly to supporting our very own Boyne diabetic students.
Please see the link below for purchasing a “Boyne Wears Blue” shirt. These items will be delivered on November 12/13th so that they can be worn on November 14th. As of now, the link only includes adult sizes, but we are working on adding youth sizes. Please reach out to Ellen Dart at edart@boyne.k12.mi.us with any questions.
