Wow! On Tuesday night, we had a fantastic time at the BCEL Holiday Event at Park of the Pines! We first wanted to say thank you to everyone who made this night possible! First and foremost, thank you to Park of the Pines for donating their space! The BC Boosters Foundation provided a generous grant donation for our event!
We would also like to thank our generous community organizations that volunteered their time to share their resources with our families at our event; NMCAA, CAPE Council, Boyne City Library, Great Start Collaborative Family Coalition, and NW Health Department!
We additionally had some beautiful prizes donated by local small businesses to be gifted to families participating in our connection activity! We are incredibly grateful for how our community came together to help provide excellent opportunities for connection and show our families how much we appreciate them!
We had countless student volunteers come to engage with our families and connect with our little Ramblers! We couldn't do any of this without our wonderful community! #BOYNEPRIDE #BOYNECARES #BOYNEINSPIRES

BCPS Families:
November is Diabetes Awareness Month, and from our Early Learners through our high school buildings, we have Boyne students and staff with Type One Diabetes (T1D). T1D is a life-long condition that has no cure.
For these reasons, Boyne City Public Schools will be promoting Diabetes Awareness for the month of November, and on World Diabetes Day, November 14th, a special "Boyne Wears Blue" day for Type One Diabetes Awareness. We will be offering these shirts and sweatshirts with proceeds going directly to supporting our very own Boyne diabetic students.
Please see the link below for purchasing a “Boyne Wears Blue” shirt. These items will be delivered on November 12/13th so that they can be worn on November 14th. As of now, the link only includes adult sizes, but we are working on adding youth sizes. Please reach out to Ellen Dart at edart@boyne.k12.mi.us with any questions.
