Boyne City High School is proud to announce our Students of the Month for September! Students are nominated and voted upon by staff and honored at the end of each month to celebrate the great things they are doing within their school day and out in the community! A description of why they were nominated below.
Pictured below: Sarah Eaton (12th Grade), Lily Looze (10th Grade), and Natalie Mastin (9th Grade)
12th Grade - Sarah Eaton
Sarah went above and beyond in the planning and implementation of Spirit Week with Student Council, and as Class President. She took on a lot of tasks and completed them flawlessly, all the while keeping on top of her grades and schoolwork. There are so many things here that wouldn't be done if it weren't for Sarah! I don't think many realize just how much she does for our entire student body.
10th Grade - Lily Looze
Lily has only missed 1 day this year and is really focused on being a better student. She recognizes the value of education and tries very hard to surround herself with positive influences throughout the day. We are so proud of you Lily!
9th Grade - Natalie Mastin
Natalie is maintaining a perfect grade in US History. Natalie regularly contributes to classroom conversation and is a diligent student. In addition, her positivity and energetic personality brings a great light to the classroom culture.

Each year, the 4th grade students get to sign the classroom constitution on September 17th. We begin by explaining how the US Constitution was established on this very day in 1787. Then we connect it to the rules and laws we follow as citizens to the rules we follow in our schools.
With the actual Constitution on display and the Rambler Motto next to it, students sign our classroom constitution with the fancy feathered pen. Their signatures remain on display for the remainder of the school year in honor of Constitution Day!
